Ms. Nancy Singhal is the Managing Director of our organization and serves as the primary architect behind its strategic vision and long-term growth. With a robust academic background in engineering (B.Tech), she possesses a distinctive ability to combine technical precision with high-level executive strategy. CA Ishank Singhal is one of the directors of the company. He is an enthusiastic and passionate young professional.

He has been actively engaged in project financing from a long time and has worked on multiple projects across diversified sectors with the renowned companies including

• Swarup Steel Industries Private Limited engaged in the manufacturing of MS Billet & TMT Bar,
• Alpana Papers Private Limited engaged in the manufacturing of Light GSM kraft paper & poster paper,
• Disha Industries Private Limited engaged in the manufacturing of High quality kraft paper,
• Aaradhya Paper Products Private Limited engaged in the manufacturing of core pipes& napkins and
• Gyan Chetna Educational Society (Ajay Sangaal Institute of Medical Sciences) engaged in the activities of medical college & hospital.

Thus he has experience working with companies in different paper, steel, ethanol and medical industry. Due to such vast experience at such a young age, he is a skilled finance professional dealing with all the challenges. Also his qualification further assures about his capabilities.

He has wide experience in the fields of audit, GST and direct taxation. He has handled statutory audits, tax audits and compliance work for various clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws. His strong understanding of GST and direct tax laws enables him to provide practical and reliable advice.

He is also highly interested in the direct taxation systems of other countries. He is capable of handling matters related to foreign taxation, including compliance, advisory, and tax planning for cross-border transactions. His knowledge of international tax regulations helps him assist clients with overseas income, foreign investments and global business operations, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and avoiding double taxation.

He is the son of CA Rajeev Kumar Singhal who is renowned for his contributions in project financing sector. Thus, the company operates under direct supervision and support of seasoned professionals.

Mr. Yash Bansal

Mr. Yash Bansal is the director of the organization and a highly respected professional with strong expertise in legal, audit and accounting domains. He has completed his LL.B. degree, which has provided him with a solid legal foundation and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements and corporate governance.

With extensive experience in audit and accounting, Mr. Bansal has developed a reputation for accuracy, integrity and strategic financial oversight. He possesses in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, internal audits, statutory compliance, taxation basics and risk management. His ability to analyze complex financial data and ensure transparency has been instrumental in maintaining strong financial discipline within the organization.

As an accounting expert, Mr. Bansal plays a key role in guiding financial planning, budgeting and control processes. He ensures that all financial activities are aligned with applicable laws, accounting standards and best industry practices. His legal background further strengthens his capability to identify compliance risks and implement effective internal control systems.
